Apprentice Program (ages 15-18)
Learn, lead, and grow alongside mentors who make learning come alive.
Our Apprentice Program offers qualified teens ages 15–18 the chance to step into leadership and hands-on learning within the West Village community. Apprentices work alongside our skilled mentors to support Wednesday and Thursday classes, gaining real experience in teaching, teamwork, and service.
The first semester serves as a learning term, where students earn community service hours, build their resumes and leadership references, and develop essential skills in communication and mentorship. After successfully completing one semester, dedicated apprentices may be invited into paid Lead Apprentice roles in future sessions.
This program is ideal for enthusiastic, dependable teens who enjoy working with kids and want to grow through meaningful responsibility, mentorship, and contribution within our West Village community.
