Old Books

This handbook will help the current and prospective family get a feel for who we are, and what to expect from participation with West Village. Thursday members, view handbook
in the portal.

These calendars show our class days, as well as days off for the 2025-2026 academic year. Update your calendar ahead of time to avoid confusion! 

Please print and review these forms with your children the week prior to co-op. They are expected to be signed by parents & students and turned in the first day of classes, PRIOR to participation.

Here is quick access to the immunization exemption form that schools requires. If you need a notary, we have a West Village dad that is happy to sign for your family anytime. Just fill out the website contact form and request to be contacted.
