Important Notes!

Families enrolling students in 3–4 classes (each) receive an auto discount per child of $50

Families enrolling students in 5–6 classes (each) receive an auto discount per child of $100
​

The annual family membership fee is $50 and covers both Wednesday and Thursday participation.

A $25 class change fee applies for schedule changes made after Sept 1st.

​Families enrolled in 3 or more classes are expected to volunteer twice/ semester during the time their child is in class, typically in roles such as classroom support, check-in/check-out, setup, or cleanup.
​

Families enrolled in 1–2 classes are not required to volunteer and do not need to remain on campus during class time, though they are welcome to stay.
​

If a family cannot serve on an assigned volunteer day, they may find a substitute volunteer or pay a $100 missed volunteer day fee.
​April 1 - August 1 is only for half/full day registrations

Start here:
​
Purchase your $50 annual West Village membership first. Once your membership is purchased, registration will unlock and you can begin adding classes to your cart. The membership covers participation in both our Wednesday and Thursday programs.
​

Important registration timing:
​
From April 1 through August 1, registration is open for students enrolling in 3 or more classes. Families hoping to register for 1–2 classes may begin enrolling on August 1.
​

A few helpful notes before you begin:
​
Classes are $180 each, with some classes including an additional supply fee noted in the registration listing. Payment plans are available: pay in full, pay in 2 installments, or pay monthly until September 1.
​
Students enrolled in 3–4 classes receive an automatic $50 discount per child, and students enrolled in 5–6 classes receive an automatic $100 discount per child. ​
If your child will be staying for lunch and you do not plan to remain on site, please be sure to register for lunch as well.
